When it is time for a refill of your pet's prescription medication, please contact a Client Care Coordinator with your request. In order to ensure accuracy with your pet's prescription refills, please allow 24 hours to process your refill request.
Prescription diets are much like prescription medications in that they have expiration dates. In order to provide you and your pet with the freshest prescription diets, we stock small quantities of each type of diet. To assure we have your pet's diet in stock when you need it, please call or fax in a request at least one week prior to finishing your current supply.
